Mainland Cos. plans Germantown residential development
A Nashville-based development firm is planning a residential project at 622 Jefferson St.
The Mainland Cos. has plans to develop a 10-unit multifamily property with four penthouses, according to plans filed with Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency, as first reported by the Nashville Post. The property will also include about 3,000 square feet of community space. Units will range in size from 2,600 to 5,400 square feet.

Affinia Healthcare names next CEO
Affinia Healthcare, a nonprofit St. Louis health care system, has named Kendra Holmes as its next president and CEO.
