ElderServe Inc. will launch a $2.5 million capital campaign in April to help it expand its adult day health center in the Russell neighborhood.

Advanced Therapy Center at Chesterwood Village, a $22 million facility for post-hospital rehabilitation, is set to open next month in Butler County.
