The strength of the city’s business core will dictate the future residential and commercial growth for the entire region.

The median price of a single-family home on Oahu jumped 10 percent in April to $795,000, the largest percentage increase for any month in four years, according to a new report by Honolulu real estate firm Locations.

Nomad Nacional, the Walker's Point pop-up bar from the newly launched Caravan Hospitality Group, officially opens to the public this Friday, May 4.
