Baltimore area housing prices increased nearly 6 percent in March
Home prices in the Baltimore metro area were close to 6 percent higher in March than the same month a year ago, a new report says.
The data showed that the average sales price last month was $259,000 in the metropolitan area and that 3,081 home sales closed. The research was provided by MarketStats by ShowingTime based on listing activity from Bright MLS.

A health-focused juice bar will join Station House and Meat Market in the new building under construction in Hyde Park Village.
Clean Juice has signed a lease for a spot in Block H, a new 60,000-square-foot building under construction across West Snow Avenue from Vineyard Vines, WS Development said Tuesday. St. Petersburg co-working space Station House and Miami steakhouse Meat Market have also committed to space in that same building.

New Mill Avenue nightclub looks for corporate gigs during the day
Aura, a new nightclub that opened last weekend on Mill Avenue in Tempe, is trying to diversify its business by creating offerings to corporate clients.
The owners of Aura intentionally built the space so it could accommodate concerts with top DJs at night and hold corporate gatherings or presentations during the day.
