SAHA opens phase two of East Side development project
On Saturday, the San Antonio Housing Authority opened phase two of a major four phase project on San Antonio's East Side.
SAHA, along with St. Louis-based developer McCormack Baron Salazar and several city officials marked the opening of Wheatley Park Senior Living, a new senior living community on 910 North Mittman St. Wheatley, which broke ground in October 2016, features 80 one- and two-bedroom apartments. SAHA is currently accepting applications for future residents.

A condo in the new Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club in Surfside sold for $14.5 million to an off-shore company.
SC Residences Condominium LLC, an affiliate of developer Fort Partners, sold the 4,668-square-foot unit S-511 in the building at 9001 Collins Ave. to Chateauroux Holdings, a company registered in the Bahamas with a Coral Gables address. U.S. mortgage rates fell this week, according to Freddie Mac.
