Popular Phoenix-based Mexican restaurant Barrio Queen is going to open its fourth location at the Tempe Marketplace shopping center.

The new restaurant will be in a 5,700-square-foot space between Ruby Tuesday and Thirsty Lion Gastropub. Right now, the company said it will open the Tempe location in January 2019. The Barrio Queen at Tempe Marketplace is being built from the ground up and currently is under construction.

For the third year in a row, superhero fans, comic book merchants and Hollywood celebrities descended on the San Jose McEnery Convention Center for Silicon Valley ComicCon. Produced again by Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, ComicCon opened its doors Friday and was set to run through Sunday afternoon.

Houston chef and restaurateur Bruce Molzan has been charged with two counts of indecency with a child, according to court records.

The charges were filed on April 4, and Molzan posted two $10,000 bonds, per the records. He’s expected back in court on April 9, but more details about the charges were not immediately available on the Harris County District Clerk’s website.
