Beacon Hill cat café gets a nod — and a few ‘meows’ — from zoning board

Boston took a big step towards getting a cat café on Tuesday, as the city’s Zoning Board of Appeal approved a proposed kitty-and-coffee establishment in Beacon Hill with five “yes” votes and an affirmative “meow” from one board member.
