Billboard says Moody Center is world’s highest-grossing music venue of its size


The new Moody Center topped Billboard Magazine's list of highest-grossing venues in the world.

The center, which opened in April on the University of Texas at Austin campus, has grossed nearly $62.7 million in ticket sales with 399,068 attendees this year, according to Billboard — that ranked No. 1 in the world for arenas with capacity of 10,001-15,000.
