Berkshire Hathaway acquires Jax Beach-based real estate company


A major player in northeast Florida's residential real estate scene has acquired a 50-year-old real estate company.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty has acquired Jacksonville Beach-based Terry McCue Real Estate, the company announced Tuesday. Berkshire did not disclose the terms of the sale.

Terry McCue Real Estate will begin operating under the Berkshire Hathaway name on March 1.
