Bloomington could soon get two new game-oriented venues: an arcade bar and a pool hall.
Local restaurateur Mike Tupa wants to convert CW’s Bar and Grill, located at 8301 Normandale Boulevard, to Full Tilt Tavern, according to planning documents submitted to the city.
