Rusty Rail Bar & Grill to open in Oakfield in 1890s building

New owners are investing $300,000 to redevelop a bar/restaurant with roots dating back to 1896. Plus, Hoover's Dairy adds an ice cream line; Mammy's opens in Olcott; and AJ's Hot Dog Stand comes to Lockport.
