Blue KC lists longtime HQ property for sale to new office users, developers

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City last fall announced it would leave its headquarters at 2301 Main St. and relocate to the 1400KC building in Downtown by early 2025. The local insurer now has listed its 6.14-acre property for sale.
