Building at Broad and High has new owner


An eye-popping office building in the heart of downtown has changed hands.

Developer Michael Tomko said he has purchased the Broad and High office building at 10 N. High St. for $6 million. It's the building emblazoned with marquees and screens at the northeast corner of Broad and High, across the street from the Statehouse.

Casto, which built the 40,000-square-foot building in 2006, was the seller.
