Cannon Beach surf park eyes soft opening next spring, adds new tenants to retail lineup

Indoor playground KTR announced it was taking a 30,000-square-foot space last December. Other retail tenants committed to Cannon Beach include a med spa, a wellness service, a salon and some food and drink options.
