Cheers: Instacart expands alcohol delivery to Texas customers
Instacart customers in Texas as well as 13 other states and Washington, D.C., can now get door-to-door delivery of alcohol in as little as an hour.
The expanded alcohol delivery service follows a gradual rollout at a small number of stores last year and now includes nearly one-third of Instacart’s more than 300 retail partners. In November 2014, Instacart teamed up with Spec’s Wine, Spirits and Finer Foods to begin delivering alcohol in Houston and Austin.

DNC host committee seeks ‘all of the help we can get’ from business partners
The host committee for the Democratic National Convention wants to partner with local businesses to ease the process as parties start seeking space for the 2020 event.
Alex Lasry, who chairs the bid committee, said the DNC will spark “controlled chaos.” The four-day convention comes with hundreds of events, and the committee wants to smooth the experience. To that end, Lasry said, the host committee wants to centralize the operation.

In its latest response to Bud Light's corn syrup commercials, MillerCoors has created a Coors Light smart tap handle that directly responds to negative advertising.
Chicago-based MillerCoors, which maintains significant operations in Milwaukee, will launch the tap handle, which lights up each time Bud Light mentions Coors Light on social or broadcast media, in select cities beginning March 21.
