Atlanta-based Church's Chicken has hired a new global chief marketing officer.
Brian Gies steps into the role vacated by Hector Munoz, who departed Church's late last year to take the CMO role at the Costa Mesa, Calif.-based El Pollo Loco restaurant chain. Munoz started at Church's on March 6, 2017, replacing Mark Snyder.

Starting Tuesday, Sprouts Farmers Market will make shopping more convenient for its customers with the launch of its Southeastern delivery service – spanning locations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina and North Carolina, including the Triangle.
