In the candy shop world, holidays are crunch time. These stores can do 20 to 30 percent of their annual sales just in the six or eight weeks leading up to Christmas. But they still differ – some do great traffic on Valentine's Day, others lean on Easter. Tinsel Christmas Pop-Up Bar by Craft Concepts Group is coming back for its second year, and it's bigger and better.

Craft Concepts Group, parent company of popular bars Bru Craft & Wurst and U-Bahn, will open Tinsel at 116 S. 12th St. in the Midtown Village neighborhood of Philadelphia on Thursday, Dec. 6.

Several familiar names appeared among this year's Lyftie Award winners — the annual list of top destinations in Greater Baltimore for ride-sharing company Lyft.

This is the fourth year Lyft has put on the Lyfties. The awards go to locations with the most passenger drop-offs in different categories for 2018.
