Evelyn’s Park in Bellaire picks local restaurant group to operate cafe
Houston restaurant group Adair Concepts will take over the year-old cafe space in Evelyn’s Park.
Adair — which operates Adair Kitchen, Eloise Nichols Grill & Liquors, Bebidas, Skeeter’s Mesquite Grill and Los Tios Mexican Restaurants — will debut a new concept in the park’s Yellow House, according to a press release from Evelyn’s Park Conservancy. The Casper family's plans to convert a century-old estate on Bayshore Boulevard in Tampa into a private social club will move forward.
Tampa City Council, after a hearing that lasted several hours Thursday, voted 5-2 to approve both a rezoning and a special use for alcohol for 4621 Bayshore Blvd., the century-old Stovall-Lee home.
