And the brewery business has evolved into an economic force in New Mexico. In 2017, New Mexico had 67 craft breweries responsible for producing 116,023 barrels of beer and a $333 million economic impact, according to the Brewers Association.

Edible cookie dough could join offerings at Roseville Galleria
Dough by the Spoon, a business selling edible cookie dough, wants to open a location in the Westfield Galleria at Roseville.
On social media, the business says the Galleria location is expected to open in the fall. Dough by the Spoon is also hiring for the Roseville site, which will offer edible cookie dough and mini doughnuts, according to an online job ad.

Report: Taylor Gourmet to close all D.C.-area shops
D.C. fast-casual restaurant chain Taylor Gourmet will close all 17 of its D.C.-area stores on Sunday, according to Washingtonian.

Hawaiian Airlines taps Fete for employee lunchroom
Hawaiian Airlines has chosen Fete to service its employee lunchroom, called LunchBox, at its corporate Honolulu headquarters.
Fete replaces Mark Noguchi’s Pili Group, which helped the airline create LunchBox in 2013 and left last year. The Chinatown restaurant, led by Robynne Maii and Chuck Bussler, was selected after months of café pop-ups and employee surveys. The restaurant has a year-by-year contract with the airline.
