A huge chunk of prime Tempe office space will come available in 2024 now that Carvana will not renew its Liberty Center office lease while awaiting the completion of its new office buildings on the southeast corner of Rio Salado Parkway and Priest Drive. Those two buildings will be 300,000 square feet apiece.

All the biotech jobs and workers flocking to South San Francisco are one of the factors driving increased demand for housing.

The committee, due to complete its work this summer, is comprised of individuals inside and outside the port.

With a “merger,” Queen City Audio Visual & Appliances takes over a longtime Greensboro store, which will be its second Triad store.

The operation will employ about 45 people.

This spring the developer expects to begin work on a senior community overlooking Lake Minnetonka in Mound and another on land once part of the Golden Valley Country Club. A third project is in the works for Shakopee.

The company's work can be found in several offices around town, including those of QSR Automations and LDG Development.
