A data center in Franklin recently sold to a new owner for $9.46 million, a Wisconsin state record shows.

A large development bringing hundreds of homes to Pittsboro has taken a key step forward as the area continues to boom.

The mixed-use project will have 972 condominium units and commercial space in two 42-story towers.

The 2022 list of Interior design firms is open to businesses in the Austin-area that specialize in commercial projects. The list is ranked by commercial interior design fee revenue and may not represent all earnings for some listmakers. Companies represented include multidiscipline firms and boutique agencies. Work includes new construction and tenant make-readies for all kinds of businesses, from tech, multifamily and model homes, to health care and education. Services typically span space planning, accessory procurement and project management. Listmakers in 2022, tracking 2021 activity, surpassed recent year's combined revenue thresholds reaching $81 million. Looking back, the combined revenue threshold in 2019 was $76 milion and in 2020 it was $70.3 million. Information is gathered from ABJ surveys sent to company representatives.
