The relocation of a historic home over the weekend has made way for the construction of The Nolen, a boutique condominium tower in downtown St. Petersburg.
The 23-story tower will have 31 residences and is steps from The Vinoy Renaissance and North Straub Park at 136 Fourth Ave. NE. Relocating the home, built in 1912, from the property to a lot in the historic Round Lake neighborhood was a condition of city approval for the project.
