Contractors are nearly finished adding last-minute touches to the 20 luxury condominium units in The Mondrian at the Museums, the first condo project to be delivered by Houston-based Oxberry Group.

Texas residential developer Green Brick Partners Inc. plans to build a 916-unit housing development in Peachtree Corners, on the sprawling former headquarters campus of financial services company Fiserv.

According to a new report from RentCafé, the average rent in Dallas went down in September – but minutely.

The average September rent in Dallas was $1,235, a $47 increase since September of last year and an approximate $2 decrease since August.

Cities in Texas generally have lower average rents than the national average.

Frisco-based real estate company CAF Capital Partners appears to have purchased The Heights at Campfire Crossing, a 399-unit apartment complex in Garland, according to county deed records.

Though no purchase price was given, the property was last assessed for $58.5 million by the Dallas Central Appraisal District. Deeds say the complex was bought by an entity addressed to the offices of the CAF Cos., the umbrella company for both CAF Capital and CAF Management.

Renters in parts of Oregon got a break last month, according to new figures for average monthly rents.

According to the website Rentcafe.com, the average September rent in 13 Oregon cities it tracked declined from August rates while rents rose in six other cities.

Average monthly rents in those markets ranged from $1,051 in Salem to $1,662 in Lake Oswego. Some of the areas with the priciest apartments also saw a decline, including Lake O, while some of the cheaper markets, including Springfield,…

Two Dayton-area nonprofits are getting extra fundraising assistance in the next year from Wright-Patt Credit Union.

The credit union's 2019-20 Sunshine Community Fund recipients are Dayton Children's Hospital and Rebuilding Together Daytonl. The goal is to raise $260,000 for them by next June, according to a release.
