First look: $5M Cossitt reno moves forward with cafe, recording studios, meeting space
Contractors got their first look at plans for the Cossitt Library’s renovation on Friday, Sept. 13, as the main piece of the project went out to bid.

Final design for Protective Stadium unveiled
The BJCC Authority was presented the final design for the new Protective Stadium at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex on Wednesday.
Finalization of the design will pave the way to bid out the construction package for the long-awaited project. The approximately $174 million project is expected to be bid later this year. Construction is planned to be completed by 2021.
