Uptown Rental Properties LLC’s latest apartment complex, One41 Wellington in Mount Auburn, is filling quickly thanks in part to virtual reality.
The $45 million Mount Auburn project will not be fully completed until March 2019, but the first residents started moving in this August. The development is split into four buildings, with the first building already nearly full and leasing starting on the second building.
