Two real estate projects will provide new office space for Dallas County.

As reported by the Dallas Morning News, the county is working with project management firm Pritchard Associates, in addition to planning and zoning consulting firm Baldwin Associates, on projects to repurpose a building in north Dallas and construct a new site in southern Dallas.

NextDecade Corp. (Nasdaq: NEXT), a Houston-based company focused on exporting liquefied natural gas, has hired a new C-level executive.

This is NextDecade’s third C-suite change this year and comes on the heels of the company’s headquarters move from The Woodlands to downtown Houston.
