MEERKAT TRS LLC, an affiliate of Toledo, Ohio-based Welltower (NYSE: WELL), sold the 75,552-square-foot facility at 5901 N.W. 79th Ave. to 5901 Tamarac LLC, an affiliate of Miami-based Millennium Management, led by Abraham Shaulson. Berkadia Commercial Mortgage provided an $11.42 million loan to the buyer.

Allen Tate is the state's largest residential real estate agency in terms of agents in North Carolina with 1,650, according to Triangle Business Journal research. The firm has 232 agents in the Triangle area, spread across seven local offices. Its 2017 closed volume in the Triangle was $727.3 million.
