West Sacramento is starting over on a search to find a new user or owner for city-owned property in a redeveloping neighborhood.

The Florida Times-Union will move from its Riverside Avenue building in Brooklyn to the second story of the Wells Fargo tower downtown, the newspaper announced Wednesday.

Employees in news, advertising and accounting will begin the move during the first quarter of next year.

The paper will occupy about 27,000 square feet of space and will have signage on the building's exterior. CBRE's Louis Nutter represented the Wells Fargo space.
