Multifamily company’s latest acquisition makes 10 KC-area properties
JVM Realty Corp. has acquired Summit Ridge Apartments in Lee's Summit, marking its 10th acquisition in the metro area. JVM, which is based in the Chicago area, declined to disclose the seller or the price.
According to a Thursday release from JVM, the company plans to renovate the complex. That would include full unit upgrades, an expanded fitness center and the addition of a package facility with round-the-clock access for residents. JVM plans to spend about $6 million on the renovations.
