Thursday marks the start of the The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver's 2018 Parade of Homes, featuring 75 properties in Colorado.
This year's parade showcases one master-planned community and five luxury “Dream Homes.”
The properties are in a wide variety of locations, ranging from Castle Rock to Timnath, Arvada to Aurora, and Winter Park.
The parade is free and will be open to the public through Aug. 26. Tours are available on Thursdays through Sundays from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.
