A new SmartAsset study ranks Durham's housing market the sixth healthiest in the United States – and the healthiest overall in North Carolina.

Winston-Salem and Greensboro placed No. 4 and No. 5, respectively, in the state, according to the study.

The Valley's luxury builders say they are seeing more interest from Californians than ever before.

Sales of luxury single-family homes and condominiums on Oahu priced at $1.5 million and above rose 10 percent in June, while the median price of those sales dipped to $1.8 million, according to a report from Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties.

There were 53 luxury properties sold in June, compared to 48 sales in June 2017. The median price dipped to $1.8 million from $1.875 million a year ago.
