Orioles outfielder closes on purchase of Cal Ripken Jr.’s estate — here’s how much he paid (Photos)
It’s official: Orioles outfielder Adam Jones is now the owner of Cal Ripken Jr.’s 25-acre Reisterstown estate.
Jones, who surfaced as the buyer in several reports last month, paid $3.465 million for the sprawling property, according to the multiple listing service.
The Ripken home sold at a no minimum, no reserve price auction on May 12.
Located off Dover Road in Worthington Valley, the 8,152-square-foot home has six bedrooms, 10 full baths, five half bathrooms and two four-car garages.…

LGE Design Build has begun construction on a $4.7 million Adelante Healthcare facility in Goodyear.
