Happy Thursday morning, Columbus.
Tonight, the Blue Jackets kick off their 2023-24 season against the Flyers at Nationwide Arena. My daughter Mara and I will be there to celebrate her 30th birthday (which fell on Wednesday) and the return of hockey in Columbus.
Attending opening night is a tradition of ours going back nearly a decade. Here's hoping for a win.
