Chef Edward Lee reveals the motivation behind Nami, his new Korean steakhouse


The idea for the new venture was born during the pandemic, when Lee collaborated with Chef Yeon-Hee Chung, the former owner of Charim Korean Restaurant, on several successful pop-up events.
