Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants, an upscale restaurant chain with an extensive wine selection, is opening a Lee's Summit location, its second in the metro area.
The new restaurant plans to open on Monday at 540 NW Chipman Road. Cooper's Hawk also has a location on the Country Club Plaza at 4686 Broadway Blvd.
