Dallas-area apartment rents up 21% since start of the pandemic in March 2020

Apartment rents in the Dallas area increased 0.7% month-over-month in March, compared to a 0.5% increase nationally. And rents in DFW are up by 21% since the start of the pandemic in March 2020.
