Developer picks up 903 acres in Kaufman County


Wildcat Ranch, a 903-acre, master-planned residential parcel in Kaufman County, is in new hands.

SOCFM Developer, which describes itself as “an affiliation of several experienced development and investment professionals,” announced Monday its purchase of Wildcat Ranch from Dallas developer James Mabrey. Trez Capital, a commercial property capital source, provided funding for the acquisition.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
