Dooby’s owner gets city liquor board OK for new Broadway Market stall


Dooby's owner Phil Han is moving forward with plans to open a new concept at the Broadway Market in Fells Point.

The Baltimore City Board of Liquor License Commissioners granted the project a Class B beer, wine and liquor license Thursday. Han said the eatery will serve New American brunch food, with a drinks menu offering coffee, beer and cocktails.
