Former TGI Fridays location lands new tenant


After more than three years empty, a prime restaurant spot is finally seeing some life.

A few weeks after construction crews showed up at the former TGI Fridays near Cottonwood, signs went up for Tokyo Hana, a hibachi and sushi bar.

The restaurant is being developed by J&J New Mexico LLC. A representative of the company could not be reached by deadline.
