Gallery-style boutique in Uptown’s Seven Points highlights diverse local female makers


A new gallery-style boutique within the Seven Points mall in Minneapolis' Uptown neighborhood seeks to uplift the voices and talents of female makers based in Minnesota.

Primitiva Collective features wares from 30 local artisans, many of whom are women of color, from artwork and accessories to pottery and skin care products. It was founded by Colombia-born jewelry designer Laura Merino, whose business Primitiva Jewelry is among the vendor lineup.
