Thousands of new apartments have debuted not only in downtown Baltimore over the last few years, but across the entire region.

Some occupy former mills along the Jones Falls, old breweries and converted office towers. Others are simply new construction.

Many of these new projects are high-end, with amenities like modern gyms, infinity pools and media rooms with projection screens and surround sound.
