Hapuna Beach Residences on the Big Island starts second round of sales


The Hapuna Beach Residences, 68 luxury condominiums being built in a former tower in what is now the Westin Hapuna Beach Resort at the Mauna Kea Resort on Hawaii’s Kohala Coast, recently started a second round of sales after selling out all 17 units in the first phase.

The first 17 units in the project, which went on sale last spring, are under reservations with deposits, a spokeswoman told Pacific Business News. Sales on the next 16 units started last week, with prices starting at $1.5 million…
