Hilco starts work on first phase of $4B Bellwether District development in South Philadelphia

More than three years since buying the 1,300-acre former Philadelphia Energy Solutions refinery in South Philadelphia, Hilco Redevelopment Partners is breaking ground on the Bellwether District’s first phase featuring two industrial buildings.
