Husch Blackwell signs 12-year lease extension at the Plaza Colonnade building


Husch Blackwell plans a major remodel of its office space in the Plaza Colonnade building now that it has signed a 12-year lease extension. The firm, an anchor tenant since the building at 4801 Main St. opened, will be there through at least 2037.
