A new developer has emerged for a 156-room hotel planned for Dunwoody.
Chattanooga-based Vision Hospitality Group Inc. is proposing the hotel at 121 Perimeter Center West. It could be branded an AC Hotel by Marriott, according to documents submitted in Dunwoody.
Meyers + Associates Architecture is designing the project, according to a presentation to Dunwoody officials, where the development team shared details about the hotel.
