How a women’s program that started in Tampa Bay is expected to help Valley National Bank stand out


A program for businesswomen that originated in Tampa Bay by the former USAmeriBank soon will have a much broader footprint.

Valley National Bank, which bought USAmeriBank in January, is expanding the Women Entrepreneurs program throughout Florida this year and into New York and New Jersey next year. Valley also has promoted a USAmeriBank employee, Cami Gilbertini, to senior vice president and director of the program.
