One of the surest signs that summer has arrived is when the Cincinnati region gets "kinda weird." Every year, from late May to mid-June, Cincinnati Fringe Festival, with its focus on live performances both original and unusual, descends on Over-the-Rhine (OTR) with the help of Know Theatre of Cincinnati, one of 100+ organizations and projects supported by ArtsWave, the lead planner, promoter and community fundraiser for the region’s arts.
