Irving development believed to be tied to large Wells Fargo hub gains P&Z approval


A mixed-used development in Irving consisting of 800,000 square feet across two office buildings and multifamily space with restaurants and retail and believed by many to be the home of a future Wells Fargo hub just got the green light for zoning changes.
