Key Biscayne penthouse sells for $13M


One of the few remaining penthouses in the Oceana Key Biscayne has sold for $13 million.

Consultatio Key Biscayne LLC sold the 7,559-square-foot Unit PH2N to Alan C. Sklar as trustee of the Crandon Family Trust. It’s not clear who owns the trust. Key Biscayne is home to Crandon Park, which was named for former County Commissioner Charles H. Crandon after he worked on a deal with the Matheson family to donate the land to the county.
