Labor Department sues Lansdowne diner operators in back-pay case


The U.S. Department of Labor filed a lawsuit against the principals behind a diner in Lansdowne, Delaware County, after an investigation found they allegedly violated provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

The Labor Department on Wednesday announced it filed a lawsuit against Mosluoglu Inc., which operates Empire Diner & Restaurant in Lansdowne, as well as company president Ihsan Gunaydin and restaurant manager Engin Gunaydin.
